The Yankton Contact Center is part of a community network working to identify and address needs, educate, and provide appropriate connections to professionals with a safety net of services. We connect you – we don’t just put you on hold and then give you a phone number to call. Also managing money is often a problem for those dependent upon social security. The Yankton Contact Center helps manage social security funds, budgets, and bank accounts through our Representative Payee Services. We are the only not for profit organization in town managing payee services for the general public in alliance with the social security office. When you call and speak to a Yankton Contact Center employee, you will find a trusting professional who cares about you as an individual and wants to help you meet your needs.
